Full Reports Not Popping Up

Question

So I was trying to pull up data for a company, but the data is only populating three reports. What the IT team has told me is to return back to a postpage? Not sure how that will help, but I just want all reports there for me and not just a limited form of PowerBI. (ITHELP-200904)
