3 TopicsChange the Browser title for PBIRS
I've done some digging for both PBIRS and SSRS and can't seem to find any information on whether it's possible to change the Browser title for PBIRS. You can change the site name, and play with the branding, but I can't figure out how to change the actual browser title that shows up on browser tabs and bookmarks. The title is always in the format of "Folder - Power BI Report Server", for example, "Home - Power BI Report Server". I'm seeking to have it be something like "Folder - Name of System" so that our users are more familiar with it and it accurately reflects our branding. I welcome any help and thoughts - this is really a head scratcher?!Solved6.5KViews0likes9CommentsMS Edge : You’ve stumbled upon some vintage web tech
Hi, Hoping someone can help me in getting report server to work nicely with different browsers please. Viewing the report server in: MSIE just works - it feeds through the domain credentials and allows viewers to see what they need perfectly Firefox requires the user to manually enter domain login details Chrome Just works just like MSIE. Edge - initially required user to manually enter domain login, but I've since added the site to [Control Panel --> Internet options] trusted sites. Now when you load the page in edge it just says "You’ve stumbled upon some vintage web tech" I'd really like to at least get Edge working seamlessly as many of our users just default to Edge as it's the first thing their windows environment loads. In Edge I already unticked Use Microsoft Compatibility List and also unticked Use Enterprise mode site list in case our MSP have put such things in place (spoke to them and they are unable to confirm that they have) Thanks912Views0likes0Comments
