I am getting the following memory limit error in PowerBI report
When I opne the PowerBI report I am getting the following Memory limit issue. May I know what could be the possible reason for this? I also having issues loading data to the visualizations as it takes very long to load data to visuals. I'm new to Fabric and may I know how I can rectify this issue.
Page Breakup in Power BI Report Builder
Hello, I have a vertical Bar Chart in my paginated Report and because this chart is very long, it is split up over many pages. The Problem that I have is, that at the Split up happens right through the charts / labels. How can i change this? PowerBI,@SSRS, sql
Can't schedule refresh for this dataset in Power BI service
I used a Python script in Power Query to pull data from Prometheus. It works fine in PBI Desktop, but I get the following error for the automated refresh in the Power BI service: Unable to determine the data source due to unknown functions. When custom connectors are used, the error can happen if gateway doesn't have the extension enabled. Details: Query contains unknown function name: Python.Execute. Data source for Query1 Discover Data Sources. How can I solve this error? Can I use Vnet as a solution for this?It is extremely necessary to finalize the Report Server with new functionality
Hello everyone It is extremely necessary to finalize the ReportServer with new functionality. We use the Power BI report server in our work and there are very few functions that all users need. The developers of Power BI RS kindly ask you to add them to the releases if possible: 1) subscription functionality (currently works only for reports built in Report Builder - we don't use it. It is extremely necessary to do for .pbix reports. This function is very necessary - as it is constantly required to export the report to PDF and print. Now there is no such functionality at all) 2) make a full-screen report rotation button - now half of the screen is occupied by panels at the top and pages at the bottom, as a result, 50% of the screen remains on the report itself at best. Yes, you can add rs:embedded to the link, but isn't it easier to make a full screen button??? 3) many-to-many connections - when will you make them? have you been feeding everyone with breakfast since 2020? 4) Call the RS system something else, we are tired of explaining to users that there is a Desktop RS and there is a Desktop and these are different software products. No one understands this. For Power BI users, this is one product, that RS, that Desktop, that service. Not only are they called the same - so they have the same icons and everything looks the same. Why not separate the RS tool and name it differently? to avoid confusion? 5) according to updates 3 times a year, this is very common. In recent updates, we have generally come to the fact that the color and several formulas are changing - and that's all there is in the update.. Sadly. I am in favor of having one annual update, but it included as many features as possible. This update will reveal and it will be easier for system administrators to update programs from users. Questions to Power BI developers - are there plans to do something on these points and if so, when to wait for solutions to the accumulated issues???
Using a table in PowerBI Report Server into SSRS
Hi everyone, I'm a newbie in SSRS so, first of all, I'm sorry for any miss understand information. It's possible to do a report in SSRS connected to Power BI Report Server? Like that: I have a Power BI table in cloud, so I select all the filters I need and click in a button like "go to SSRS" (inside of Power BI) and go to SSRS with the same filters? For example: I have a table with "city" and "cost" and two data segmentation with "year" and "product", so, I will know what is the cost of a product in a specific city in a certain year. I want to filter in Power BI Report Server and print in SSRS, so, I would like to create a button or something like that to go from power bi and go to SSRS without having to do all the filters again. I want this because my boss needs to see all information in Power BI but if he wants print this table he needs in SSRS. Thank you in advance.
