Quiero calcular la diferencia de grupos de filas, fecha más reciente - fecha anterior para saber incremento o disminución. En la siguiente muestra, ¿hay alguna medida que devuelva 7112-7350 = -238, así como por la cantidad -79m? Repítalo también en los grupos de columnas.
