workspace with no admin access

Hi,

I upgraded all our workspaces to the new version recently which all went fine except for 1 workspace. This workspace upgraded fine but since it has been upgraded I no longer have any admin access? I was the admin for all workspaces and I created them all.

I can't seem to set myself as an admin anymore to this workspace?

I am an Owner in Microsft365 for this Konnect workspace apparently. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

I don't have access to the admin portal but I have sent it to somebody who does to take a look. I will let you know.

Hi @gooranga1

I try to upgrade a classic workspace to New and it works well.

Please try to check your Permission in Workspace access.

Hi @Anonymous

Yes all the upgrades if all the other 20 workspaces worked fine, but 1 did not. Now I don't have access and my IT team can't seem to access it either?

all I have as options are below. I was defintely an admin of this workspace before I ran the upgrade.

Hi @gooranga1

Do you have access to the admin portal?(The full admin portal can be accessed by global admins and users who have the Power BI service administrator role.)

If you have access to it, you may try this way.

Open the admin portal, choose the workspace , find your worksapce in filter(Name) then add admin in Access.

And I also search the issue list and find a problem like yours, I hope this could help you.
