Usage metrics does not work on some workspace
I create a workspace (TEST) on july for my development where i can see usage metrics on every report I deploy on it, even recent reports. But on all the others workspace (new or old version) created since august i can't get any usage metrics (total views = blank).
I even try to deploy the same report on 2 differents workspace but the metrics only show on the oldest workspace (TEST). I am the only user for theses reports now. (no adblock)
By the way i can see usage metrics on dashboard on every workspace.

In addition, current these is a known issue about usage metrics usage, you can also check it if suitable for your scenario:
Power BI Customers may experience disruption to the processing of their Usage Metrics data on the following clusters: North Europe, North Central US, US East 2, Australia Southeast. Engineers are working on a fix and expect it to be deployed by end of day 10/07/19.
