undefinedpower bi embede

I have created an embedded Power BI report and I would like to integrate a feature where users can ask questions via Copilot directly within the embedded report. Is it possible to enable this functionality? If not, is there an API call that can be used to interact with Copilot? Additionally, I am considering using Narrative Visual in my report. Would it be feasible to configure the report so that any question typed in the Narrative Visual is sent via an API call to Copilot, which would then generate a response?
in short can I make an API call on copilot?

What I need to know is if I have copilot in power BI enabled, can I send a question to that copilot and get an answer from the just like the narrative module we get? Can I get an answer using an API?

Hi Anonymous , Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community Forum.

According to the official Microsoft Fabric documentation, there is no publicly available API for interacting with Copilot in Power BI externally. While Copilot is a built-in feature within Power BI, Microsoft has not released an API that allows developers to programmatically send queries to Copilot and retrieve responses.

Even though Copilot is built into Power BI, it is only accessible within the Power BI service and Fabric workspaces. It is not available in externally embedded Power BI (e.g., reports embedded in external applications using Power BI Embedded). Additionally, the Smart Narrative Visual does not integrate with Copilot and cannot send queries to it.

For more information, please refer to the below documentation:
