Can you provide additional context?

Generally, you need permissions to an app workspace in order to open it. Do you know who owns/created it? If so, ask that person to add you. 

In order to help you, please let us know:

1. what license you have (free or Pro)

2. is the app workspace in your same organization?

3. does your organization have a Premium subscription

4. Is the app workspace hosted in Premium capacity?
