I've successfully installed a gateway on one of our local servers however the PowerBI service does not see it when logged into app.powerbigov.us.  I can see the gateway when logged into app.powerbi.com so I know the gateway is active and working.  What do I need to do to see the gateway in app.powerbigov.us?

Hi @mikeoshields,

  1. Please make sure you installed On-Premise Data gateway instead of on-premises data gateway (personal mode). Only on-premises data gateway is listed under Manage Gateways pane.
  2. Please make sure  you have completed the whitelisting process to move customers from the commercial cloud environment into the secure, Government cloud environment, in order to ensures that features including Gateway available in the US Government cloud work as expected. The process for whitelisting takes approximately three weeks. Reference: Whitelisting Instructions
