We have created several Powe BI desktop reports with embedded paginated reports in them.  We have then created a subscription to  email this report each morning to a handful of users.  This was working year about this time.  It has not been working for some time and I have seen some posts that this is a known problem since Oct of 2023.  My issue is that when the process ones to send the report as a PDF the email attachment and the preview screen say the same thing  - The visual does not support exporting.

Anyone else doing what we are doing and have this issue?  Anyone have any ideas on how to correct this?  I know that I can run the paginated report on it own and do a subscription for it and it works just fine.  We need to do this feature through the embedded report.

Hi, @jrubino77 

Email subscriptions do not support most custom visuals. The one exception is those custom visuals that have been certified.
