unable to expand Filters/flags in visual level filters

Hi we are using powerbi dashboards using mapprod account and we are unable to expand Filters/flags in visual level filters...pls chk and advise if there is any issue/workaround for it...

I can expand visual level filters successfully as below. I think you can try following points to address the issue.

1. What is the browser you used? Try with some other browsers.
2. What is the visual chart you used? Try with some other visual chars.
3. Try with another account to see if it is account related.

hi Herbert, thank you for the reply and sorry for the delayed response...

we were able to actually solve problem by changing the data type of that column from TRUE/FALSE to TEXT...it then started displaying the filters...seems it is some bug as noticed by powerbi team.
