something's wrong with one or more fields

I got this message, but it doesn't tell me WHAT is wrong.  Any suggestions?  The visual for this is working perfectly in Desktop, but not in Service, nor via the URL.

    I closed everything out after posting that.  When I logged back in, it's working!  I have no idea how or why.
