slow report with visuals not loading.
Hi all,
I have a report, that's bring data from 2019 up to date and the report and dashboard is taking too long to load the visuals, and sometimes it wouldn't load at. Why would that be? Is that anthing I can do to make this stop?
Could you also, tell me how can I check what's the most heavy/slow thing on the pbix file so maybe I might be able to remove it? I have restriction on the calendar table as well as only loaded fileds froam each that I'm actaully using.
Thansk a lot!

Hi ROG ,
Below are the usual methods for making your report high-performant:
1. Optimising DAX with appropriate DAX functions2. Removing unwanted columns
3. Removing unused columns
If these doesn't speed up your report, you can contact your admin to push the workspace into Corporate capacity where the report will load much much faster.
The corporate capacity can be enabled only by the Power BI Administrator of the organization.
Best Regards,
Jay

What is the size of pbix file?
Your tables are centralized or decentralized? If you have in your file unused columns, remove it through power query.

Hi Anonymous the pbix file is 3,070KB, and I have removed columns/ hidden keys, but it's still very slow.
Could you please tell me what do you mean with centralized or decentralized tables?

The disired design of models. 3mb is almost nothing, did you checked performance of the pc? Maybe there is a bottleneck caused by your pc processor or ram memory
