Firstly, does the owner of the dashboard view dashboard and its underlying reports without any issues?
If the owner has no issue viewing contents in dashbaord, when the owner shares the dashboard to you, you will get a link to the dashboard in your email, please access the dashboard from the link and check if the error still persists.
