shape map is not displayed (on line version) when slicer selection is activated

Using the last release of PBI Desktop I realized that , after the Report Publication , the shape map is not displayed ( release 2.52.4921.461 32-bit (novembre 2017)). Eliminating the slicer selection returns again visible.

Hi @Anonymous,

After test, everything works fine on my computer. My operation is 64-bit. First, I donwload a Power BI latest version 64 bit(2.52.4921.581). The shape map display correctly both desktop and Power BI service, please see the screenshot1 in service.

Second, I uninstall Power BI 64-bit desktop, and download and install the 32bit(2.52.4921.461) , it still works fine both desktop and service, please see the screenshot2(report publication) in Power Bi service.

Your issue is weird, and I can't reproduce it. I personally suggest you create a support ticket on the right bottom of page for better assistanceSmiley Happy.

Best Regards,
Angelia

Hi Angelia,

have you tested with slicer option activated?(in the Option setting)

Hi,

I am facing the same issue. I just updated my Power Bi desktop to Nov 2017 release. The Power BI desktop project displays the Shape map correctly but once i publish same , it is not displayed. I tried editing my report in online mode but shape map is not available under visualizations and also not available in custom visuals from store. Please suggest.

Thanks,

Surbhi
