Hi CK1992 

 

just go to the data source setting and change the privacy level to Public and save then re-publish.

After publishing the change setting in the web same as in pbix file.

    Unfortunately, it does not work.

     

    Please see below the environment I see when I am trying to follow your steps.

    Desktop

     

    Web Service 

     

    There is no anonymous option and hence it does not work.

     

    Any ideas about it?

      Happy new year.

      Are you using the source as excel? if yes, then use the power bi data gateway to refresh data.
