scheduled refresh (dataset using onedrive and data from web)

Hello Everyone

I built a report then published it on service, I was using data from website using get data from web, and second file i have it on one drive, where also i used get data from web 

The issue is that its forcing me to have a gateway to scehdule a refresh, and even my gateway should always be online

So i configured a gateway which seems my laptop, i couldnt find a way to make schedule refresh without using my laptop

Is there a way to configure scheduled refresh so that it directly takes the files from one drive and web? am using files solely on web no files coming from my local machine

Is that web data source considered to be on-premise, or is it directly accessible from the Azure service?
