schedule refresh issue or gateway issue
Hi All,
I need help on this which I am not sure and confused whether it is a schedule refresh or gateway issue.
I published an import mode file and setup the schedule refresh to run daily at specific time, found it is not stable because the schedule refresh failed to run and returning a message the gateway is offline or cannot be reached.
Say, it was scheduled to run at 7.30AM Malaysia time, it will either complete perfectly for 1 or 2 days then failed again or no failure at all for a week or two or even a month, then back again, failed.
The gateway was not offline at all and when click on manage gateway, sometimes we will have to wait for a while or refresh few times to have the gateway to be awaken.
failed, click refresh now, it will failed but after a while, the next scheduled refresh will either completed or failed.schedule refresh failed and this is the message. promptGateway online
Thank you.
Rudy
Hi Rudy,
What I can find out is the Gateway is unreachable. I would suggest you check these things below.
1. Upgrade the Data Gateway to the latest version.
2. Check the status of the network. It could be a temporary issue.
Best Regards,
Dale
Hi Anonymous,
This is by design. The scheduled refresh will be disabled after 4 consecutive errors. I think it's good to stop without any successes. Thank you for accepting my answer.

Dale

Hi Dale,
Thank you and will check it out.
A funny issue that happened this morning when I checked the schedule refresh, the "keep your data up to date" was turned off without any notifications. Why it is so? How can it be happened? Who turned off?

Rudy
