schedule refresh failure

I get the following error when attempting to refresh. The gateway is setup, however, the grid within the gateway is greyed out; i.e., not able to select it. Help?

Data source error: Scheduled refresh is disabled because at least one data source is missing credentials. To start the refresh again, go to this dataset's settings page and enter credentials for all data sources. Then reactivate scheduled refresh.

Your Gateway is not configured, you need to see things like this

Hi @Anonymous,

do you have access to all the gateway connections used in the dataset?

If there are mutliple datasources you need to add all those to the gateway and have yourself added as a user there.
