Helper IIIrefresh service error with web.contents
An error occurred while processing the data in the dataset.
Refresh failed:
ANAGTPL_TestODATA_V02 has failed to refresh.
Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.

rufmau68 , Try refresh again and check. Also, check credentials as one of the error is - "The credentials provided for the Web source are invalid"

And if it is not there, then you could post it.
If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

I would suggest you download this pbix file then open it in power bi desktop, now refresh it in power bi desktop to check if it works well.
