"Project Management" in PowerBi
Hello all,
of course I have already researched this topic.
I know there are ways to create Gantt charts, but what I want, you can see in example:
Thanks god I have the possibility to build the dataset my self in excel.
How would you do that? I have different Changes and these Changes as you can see in the chart could have different Milestones.
So my thought would be:
| Change ID | Milestone | Planned Start | Planned End | Acutal End | Actual End | |
| Change 1 | 1 | 01.01.2022 | 01.02.2022 | 01.01.2022 | 01.02.2022 |
I also added planned and actual data to compare this in the future..

Usually what you do in such a scenario is define a starting point for all of these bars, and then you add fictional offset data items that you then display in white color in order to achieve the ragged/staggered look you are after.
