If you have a Pro license you can open a Pro ticket at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/newsupportticket/powerbi
Otherwise you can raise an issue at https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues .

You might or might not see a SharePoint access screen like the following image, select Microsoft Account on the left side of the page.
Select Sign In, and enter the user name and password you use to sign in to Microsoft 365.
