power bi scheduled refresh is enabled, but report is not updated

hi 

1. maybe somebody experienced the same problem - power bi scheduled refresh is setup for 5 times a day.

sometimes report is not updated, but "scheduled refresh" is still enabled.

2. is it still exist limitation for 8 updates per day? and if somebody do refresh manually, than refresh is taken from 8x quota?

Hi @vitaly_pavlenko

1. when you have set schedule time, it would refresh as the schedule setting though the datsource doesn't update.

You could go to "Dataset"->"Setting"->"Schedule refresh"->"Refresh history", check whether the previous refresh is successful.

If you want refresh only happen when data is update, you could consider incremental refresh in power bi premium.

2. If the dataset is imported, it is limited to schedule refresh up to 8 times per day.

But "refresh now" is not included in this limitation, when you refresh manually, the refresh is not taken from 8 times quota.
