power bi premium features

I would compare them in three ways.

For License Type: Pro is Individual per-user license. PPU is provides all capabilities of Power BI Pro plus access to most Premium capacity-based features. Premium is capacity-based licensing.

 

For Features: 
Pro can create content (reports and dashboards), read and interact with content published by others,  share content and collaborate with other Power BI Pro users, publish or share content with other Pro users, collaborate with free and PPU users if content is hosted in Premium capacity.

PPU can do everything in Power BI Pro, access to larger model sizes.More frequent data refreshes, XMLA read/write.

Premium can do all features available in Power BI Pro, larger model sizes, frequent data refresh options, XMLA read/write, deployment pipelines and Enterprise-scale capabilities.

 

For Use Cases: 

Pro: Suitable for self-service analytics, publishing, and collaboration. Ideal for organizations where users need to create and share reports within their team.

PPU: For users who require advanced features and enhanced performance. Allows access to extra features and content types.

Premium: Best for larger organizations with extensive data processing and distribution needs. Provides enhanced performance for large datasets and complex reports.
