【immediately】report access right

Daer all,

According to this URL, I chose “Members can only view Power BI content “, however the members CANNOT able to read the report.

When I choose “Members can edit Power BI content”, the members CAN able to read it though.
I would the members like to OLNY read it. I just wonder why I cannot do that.
Absolutely I have to do that for my business immediately.

Please let me know if anyone have any idea.
