how to keep the thousands separator when export data from power bi service
- 1 year ago
Hi oakfootballclub -There isn't currently a native Power BI feature that ensures the exported Excel file retains number formatting automatically. This is a known limitation, and formatting adjustments in Excel are often necessary.
When the data is exported, Excel may not apply the same formatting automatically. After exporting, select the relevant columns in Excel, right-click, choose Format Cells, and manually set the number formatting with a thousands separator.
