    Hi, oakfootballclub

I am glad to help you.

Are the columns that show up correctly columns from the data source or calculated columns? Are all the columns you want to display the thousandth separator the same data type?

The disappearance of the thousands separator is a common problem when exporting to a .csv file in Power BI.CSV files are essentially plain text files that do not retain formatting information.

Perhaps you can click on the dashboard where you want to export the data, it will jump to the corresponding report, find the corresponding visual, and click (...), select Export data:

Then will export the corresponding xlsx file, and all the columns with thousand separators will be displayed properly:

I hope my suggestions give you good ideas, if you have any more questions, please clarify in a follow-up reply.
    Best Regards,
