how do users access the scrollbar on report page tooltips?

If a report page tooltip has a scrollbar how can users access the scroll bar on the tooltip?  I've tried various combinations of keys in conjunction with roller on the mouse.  Example: base report is...

Users currently cannot interact with objects on report page tooltips (scrolling, visuals like slicers, etc.). Best to resize the tooltip page height or re-think the visual (e.g. "Top 5" in bar chart only) to avoid the scrollbar if possible.

deldersveld  How do you adjust the tooltip height? My Page Size settings are greyed out.

    1. Select the tooltip page.
    2. Go to the desing tab.
    3.There open Page size -> Type-> custom.
    You can specify your diameters
