If a report page tooltip has a scrollbar how can users access the scroll bar on the tooltip? I've tried various combinations of keys in conjunction with roller on the mouse. Example: base report is sales by state; hovering over state brings up report page tooltip which which is a stacked bar chart of customers sorted by sales and has scrollbar since only 9 customers are viewable,
Users currently cannot interact with objects on report page tooltips (scrolling, visuals like slicers, etc.). Best to resize the tooltip page height or re-think the visual (e.g. "Top 5" in bar chart only) to avoid the scrollbar if possible.

1. Select the tooltip page.
2. Go to the desing tab.
3.There open Page size -> Type-> custom.
You can specify your diameters
