gateway refresh error - The credentials provided for the Oracle source are invalid

When i'm refreshing the dataset in staging environment. it's giving the below error message. We have oracle db connecting with TNS entry

Database - Oracle

TNS Name/Server = gmirealtime

Dataset Credentials type - Basic

username - s***_mnt_view

Password - ********

i gave the proper credentials only. issue is happening in our staging environment. for the same refreshing successful in testing enviroment data base without error. 

Can you please guide me how to resolve the issue

Note: different enviroment using different logins & gateways(test_gateway, Stage_gateway)

Hi @rveerasamy ,

Please check whether you have configured gateway correctly and select the corresponding gateway of the dataset when you configure refresh.

If you see the credentail error like below, you need to edit the credentials  and re-sign-in.

@rveerasamy - The obvious issue would be if the staging and test environments do not have the same user names and/or passwords.
