Hi rveerasamy ,
Please check whether you have configured gateway correctly and select the corresponding gateway of the dataset when you configure refresh.
If you see the credentail error like below, you need to edit the credentials and re-sign-in.

Community Championrveerasamy - The obvious issue would be if the staging and test environments do not have the same user names and/or passwords.
