gateway on virtual machine

I have a number of reports which connect to SmartSheet and/or a ClickHouse DWH, and I have two gateways: one on my machine, and one on a virtual machine. 

My gateway works for all the reports. 

The VM gateway only works for reports which only use SmartSheet. 

If I try to use the VM gateway for a DWH report, I get this error:

Any ideas?

    It is really hard to tell without seeing the config for the gateway data sources.  However, I don't believe you need to use a gateway for Smartsheet, as it is a cloud source.  From the error message, it looks like the gateway on the VM cannot access one of your sources.  Make sure all sources are accessible from the VM.  I don't know anything about ClickHouse, so if you could provide how it is accessed (i.e. web, internal, etc.).
