gateway not reached

My scheduled data refresh has failed today after several weeks of successful use on this particular report. The failure history requests credentials which I am using Windows Authentication. When I select the option I get the error below. I have tried exiting the Gateway and restarting it. It says it is successfully operational and all of my other reports (pulled from different data) are able to refresh. Any advice?
