focus mode not in shared dashboard
The focus mode is not showing up on dashboard tiles that I shared with an external user. Clicking the tile does take the user to the report but when they hit back it takes them back to the top of the dashbard versus to where the tile was located in the dashboard. Focus mode is much better because it takes the user back to the place in the dashboard. I also noticed that the user can download the data which seems odd because I assumed read only did not include access tothe underlying data. Can someone let me know if there is a way to expose the Focus Mode on dashboards shared outside my organization

When the user clicks the tile they are taken to the report which has certain menu items like seeing the records etc. but there is no focus mode on the tile itself which is importnat because when clicking the tile and being taken to the report when the user goes back to the dashboard it starts them at the top again versus focus mode which returns the user to the tile wherever that is in the dashboard. Having to scroll back to the tile after every click is not user friendly. I am not sure why all of the same menu items are not showing up for shared dashboards.

Can the user inside your organization see the focus mode option within the same shared dashboard?

Yes they can see the entire menu included the focus and menu button on the tile and all options within the menu. When shared outside the users can only see the menu button and when pressed the only menu item is export.
