external sharing - pulsing dashboard

I have a dashboard that I'm sharing to another user who is external to my orgaization.  They also have Power BI Pro through their ogranization and I via a Skype session I was able to see thier screen and succesful authentication into Power BI.  The problem is that when I share a dashboard with them, they received the email invite (good), but after they authentiate the powerbi web cosole, it just sits at an emply web canvas with the Power BI logo pulsing in the center of the screen (bad).

    We have an issue where some pro trial users do not see external dashboards and we are working on a fix. We also posted communications about this in our support page.

     

    Please note - users with a pro license will not face this issue.

    I have the exact same problem. I'm currently waiting on support to get back and will share the solution if they are able to find one.

      We have an issue where some pro trial users do not see external dashboards and we are working on a fix. We also posted communications about this in our support page.

        Hello,

        Any update on this external sharing issue for  Power BI Pro Trial users? The error message has disappeared from the support site, but according to one customer the sharing still does not work.
