Hi every one,
I am trying to push my report link to a dataset with RLS in DEV to Test environment and each time I got the following error message :
Well, when I am live connected to a dataset without RLS it is working, and I would like to understand why I have this issue,

Did you select only Report when deploying, but according to the following link? If you choose to deploy a Power BI item instead of the items it depends on, you may get unexpected results. When you only select report and do not select the dataset from which this report comes, an error will occur:
Power BI Application lifecycle management (ALM) deploy content - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Another note is that deployment pipelines have limitations on datasets:
