dataset refresh error in service -"Processing error: Information is needed in order to combine data"

Hi

Not able to refresh dataset in service, getting below error. 

"Processing error: Information is needed in order to combine data"

I have already tried below:

1. Updated credentials with privacy level - Organizational.

2. Deleted the data set and republished it.

I found this solution from March 2021 that worked for me - go into your Data Set settings - under Data Source Credentials, click Edit Credentials and ensure that your user credentials and privacy level are the same for each data source.  Good luck!

Hi @PKGR ,

Are you using a gateway and if so, are the credential updated there as well? 

Also, check the Data Source Credentials in the service to confirm that they are working as well :

If those don't make any difference, what is the full error message?
