Good Morning,
We have created a report that according to who the user can access some data or others, the problem is that if the user does not mark any value in the filter, when exporting data, it exports all the data and even those that do not have permissions.
How could I solve this problem?
But I need users to export data only those who have permissions
Thank you so much
Fran

@FCrespo85 Same answer for both your posts. You can configure this in the Power BI Service. Under Settings (Wheel icon) -> Admin Portal -> Tenant Settings -> Export and Sharing Settings -> Export Data
You would add the users you want into an AD group and put the group in the exception box. Those users would be able to export data, and all others would not.
