create and design a report using the power bi desktop while working with a push dataset

HI!

can I create and design a report using the power bi desktop while working with a push dataset?

I have created the push dataset connectivity (i have application the uses the REST API to push data to the power bi)

and the report designer in the web interface is simply not enough for me. f.e. I can't choose "don't summarize" as the default options on columns like ID or Temperature (and it drives me crazy)

another possible option is maybe to create a report locally (with a dataset with the same column names) and then connect it to the push dataset in the web interface but how can I do that? (without creating everything from scratch)
