connected with MYOB account Right, but opening is doubled and also data not being refreshed

Hi there,

 

I have connected myob accountright online with Power BI, but somehow the opening balance is being counted twice.

 

The MYOB opening balance is starting from 01/08/2018, for cash account $1800. In Power BI, this amount shown at end of July18, and also included in the transaction in Aug18, so the ending balance is not correct. 

 

another question is the Power BI data doesn't refresh, after new entries put into MYOB ( I am using accountright online)

 

Please kindly advice? thanks.

It seems you are using the Apps for Power BI. Please refer to the snapshot below. If so, I would suggest you go to http://help.myob.com for support because this App is published by MYOB.
