auto refresh to a report

Hello everyone,

i have a report on powerbi which retrieve data from excel files contained in onedrive folder and also from sharepoint list. how can i make the report refresh automaticly without on-permises (i use a laptop that is not on 24/7 so the on permises option is problematic for me).
