XML API call not working

Hi everyone,

When I try to refresh my report I get the following error both in desktop as in the service:

Xml processing failed. Either the input is invalid or it isn't supported. (Internal error: '=' is an unexpected token. The expected token is ';'. Line 4, position 106.)

 I am trying to connect to the following XML files through an API:

https://stat.nbb.be/restsdmx/sdmx.ashx/GetData/CONSN/CCI+COM+FES+FUN+FFS+FSH.BE.M/all?startTime=1990...

And

https://stat.nbb.be/restsdmx/sdmx.ashx/GetData/BUSSURVM/SYNC.A999+T000+T010+T020+T030+T040+T050+T060...

Does anyone know whether and how I can solve this? Thanks!
