I have 2 queries regarding workspaces :-

1) we have a premium capacity licebse and have about 3 workspaces. can we add new workspaces and are there any cost implications?

2) Can i create a pro workspace with premum capacity license and is there any cost implications ?

Hi reemadsouza

Awesome that you have a capacity. It should help you greatly. To answer your questions:

1. Yes, you can add many more workspaces to the Capacity. This is done during creation of the workspace, or by going to the Capacity Settings in the Admin Settings of the Service. There are no cost implications of allocating new workspaces to an existing capacity. However, if you are running many huge complex models on the same capacity, it could impact performance, and you may need to upsize to a larger capacity (having higher costs). But his really only counts for very big companies.

2. When you create a pro workspace, it is not being allocated to any premium capacity. There are no cost implications, except that users will need their own Pro Licenses to access content in the workspace.

Thank you for answering my queries in detail.

except that users will need their own Pro Licenses to access content in the workspace :- do the users get the pro license by default or it needs to be purchased separately
