I am afraid you can only manual copy report to different workspace.
Power BI currently only supports publish to one workspace, this feature is already submitted to Power BI here, you can vote up the idea.

Anonymous The process below solves for this in a pretty neat way:
- Save pbix file in OneDrive
- Use Get Data in the Power BI service
- Connect to the pbix file in OneDrive
If you do this for each workspace then the updates will full in when you update the single linked pbix file. Hope this helps!
