Workspace App Subscription
- Anonymous1 year ago
Hi, rajendraongole1 ,thanks for your concern about this issue.
Your answer is excellent!
And I would like to share some additional solutions below.
Hello,Dave1mo1 .I am glad to help you.
I found a related article about Power BI app subscriptions.
But note that it seems to be for the Power BI app, not for the Power BI Workspace app. (There is a difference between the two, one is for mobile and the other is for the web.)
If you are using Power BI Mobile, I hope the link below is helpful:
URL:Introducing email subscriptions for Power BI apps | Microsoft Power BI Blog | Microsoft Power BI
For the Power BI Service workspace app, it seems that Power BI Service does not support direct subscription to an app, and such an operation is designed to manage the access rights of multiple reports in the app (each user has different access rights to each report), which is not convenient to manage.
I suggest you try to visual pin more reports to the dashboard and subscribe to this summary dashboard. One thing to note:
Power BI subscribed emails are usually static. This means that when you subscribe to a report, you will receive a snapshot of the report, not the live updated data. If you need to see the latest data, you will need to open a Power BI service or application to view dynamic reports.
Therefore adding multiple report access URLs to a summary report will not enable dynamic viewing of subscription reports/dashboards.

I hope my suggestions give you good ideas, if you have any more questions, please clarify in a follow-up reply.
Best Regards,
Carson Jian,
