There are 2 options if you want to keep Fabric.
Option 1 is to Purchase Power BI Premium
Option 2 is to keep Power BI Pro and Purchase a Fabric SKU in Azure with an F-SKU Microsoft Fabric licenses - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn
