Hello there. Why is BI updated differently? He can update in 20 minutes, or maybe in 70. How to reduce the update time? What does it depend on? Please help

Hi. The different time can be due to data source answer. The requests to the source can be different depending on how busy the server is.
If you want to reduce de datamodel size to increment speed you can always do data modeling to prepare a star schema. You can also check this video containing two amazing tips:

Hi @admin_torgceh,
It should be related to the delay of refresh operations, I'd like to suggest to take a look at the official documents to know more about these:
Configure scheduled refresh#scheduled-refresh Data refresh in Power BI
The target is to initiate the refresh within 15 minutes of the scheduled time slot, but a delay of up to one hour can occur if the service can't allocate the required resources sooner.

Xiaoxin Sheng
