Whole number to percentage

Hello, I am trying to display these bars as percentages with the black bar being the "100%" if that makes sense. For contex these are the overall amount of students in the four grades (black bar) and the colored bars are students on track to graduate in the respective 4 subjects out of the overall. Any help is appreciated!
