Which License Should I pick?

2 pro license are okay But we are also embedding dashboards in web applications
There we have many external users will need to access these dashboards

As of now 2 developers will be working on PowerBI dashboard creation, thats why I mentioned 2 Pro licenses.
Assume we are creating all kinds of compex visuals and no need of Paginated reports (to my knowledge)
Is Power BI Embedded good for my use case, or Is there anything that i can pick from fabric?

Alright then, 2 PRO licenses will be enough. Regarding the Fabric capacity, I don't think so it is necessary as we do not need to migrate or transform the data heavily. Hence, Power BI Embedded will be enough.

Just to double check
Requirements:
Our client have a multi tenant web application, and its oltp database in Azure Sql - serverless.
Now we want to build dashboards in PowerBI and embed them in Web application.
The total database size is ~50GB, so each report may take <1GB.
and embedded content should also be accessed by external users who have access to our application.Assume we are creating all kinds of compex visuals and no need of Paginated reports (to my knowledge)
We will have around 50 dashbboardsThere we have many external users will need to access these dashboards
Recomended License type:
PowerBI Embedded - A3 + 2 Pro licenses
Please let me know if there anything we missed?
