Which License Should I pick?

Hi @Azure , @PowerBI , @Fabric , @Microsoft , PowerBI Pro licenses , PowerBI Pro to Fabric license , PowerBI Embedded with composite model , PowerBI Embed Username Change 
Please help me to choose the best PowerBI license type that suits my requirements?

Requirements:
Our client have a multi tenant web application, and its database in Azure Sql - serverless.

Now we want to build dashboards in PowerBI and embed them in Web application.
The total database size is ~50GB, so each report may take <1GB.
and embedded content should also be accessed by external users  who have access to our application.

What we are thinking to procure?
PowerBI Embedded - A3 + 2 Pro licenses

Please recomend a best and cost effective license types for us?

Your choice of embedded capacity will depend on whether you opt for "Embed for your customers" or "Embed for your organization." Based on that decision you can decide upon a capacity using the below image and reference document linked below.

We need "Embed for your customers"
We will embedd dashboards in Web Application and these websites will be accessed by external users
The max dataset size, we are expecting is ~1GB
We will have around 50 dashbboards

Hello @MaheshMushyam ,

Depending on the report and the visuals, Embedded license may vary, but the minimum is A3 which seems okay for now. As we can scale up & down Embedded capacity, it is okay if we change it later. Regarding Pro license, I believe only 1 license is enough. Can you please let me know if there is any logic behind 2 Pro licenses?

As of now 2 developers will be working on  PowerBI dashboard creation, thats why I mentioned 2 Pro licenses.
Assume we are creating all kinds of compex visuals and no need of Paginated reports (to my knowledge)

Is Power BI Embedded good for my use case, or Is there anything that i can pick from fabric?

Hello @MaheshMushyam ,

Alright then, 2 PRO licenses will be enough. Regarding the Fabric capacity, I don't think so it is necessary as we do not need to migrate or transform the data heavily. Hence, Power BI Embedded will be enough.

Recomended License type:
PowerBI Embedded - A3  + 2 Pro licenses
