Which License Should I pick?

Hi rajulshah
Thanks for response
2 pro license are okay But we are also embedding dashboards in web applications
There we have many external users will need to access these dashboards

Anonymous , for that, Power BI Embedded capacity is enough.

Anonymous Sounds good to me! 👍
Hello Anonymous ,
Depending on the report and the visuals, Embedded license may vary, but the minimum is A3 which seems okay for now. As we can scale up & down Embedded capacity, it is okay if we change it later. Regarding Pro license, I believe only 1 license is enough. Can you please let me know if there is any logic behind 2 Pro licenses?

Hi Rajesh,
Thanks for your response
As of now 2 developers will be working on PowerBI dashboard creation, thats why I mentioned 2 Pro licenses.
Assume we are creating all kinds of compex visuals and no need of Paginated reports (to my knowledge)
Is Power BI Embedded good for my use case, or Is there anything that i can pick from fabric?- rajulshah1 year agoResident Rockstar
Hello Anonymous ,
Alright then, 2 PRO licenses will be enough. Regarding the Fabric capacity, I don't think so it is necessary as we do not need to migrate or transform the data heavily. Hence, Power BI Embedded will be enough.
Please mark the solution if it helped you so that other community users can also find it helpful.
Thanks.
