Hi,
I'd like to understand how I can get an inventory of all reports for all our workspaces without manually jogging down every single report, its workspace, scheduled refresh, times of failed refresh, etc. in an Excel schedule. Is there a better way and automatic way to do that so we can get a report of such inventory every day which reflects the most current state of the inventory?
Thanks

If you run the scanner API it will list all workspace, reports, semantic models ,tables columns, data sources, user permissions etc
.
Hi @ELIU ,
You can do that quite easily if you use the Rest API. That can be found here: Reports - REST API (Power BI Power BI REST APIs) | Microsoft Learn
You would probably need to be in the Overview section, and the "GET" commands, like "GetAppsAsAdmin"
